Refund and Termination Policy
Each party has the option of terminating this Agreement upon serving 30 days notice after providing sufficient cause to the other party. On account of termination of the agreement after providing sufficient clause, the Soham Technolabs has to be paid for its services and products on a pro-rata basis and the part amount shall be refunded to the purchasing party within a reasonable time.
In case the purchasing party is not satisfied with the products and services of the developer, the purchasing party has the option to rescind the contract within a period of 15 days of entering into the contract. In this case, the purchasing party will be partially refunded the agreement amount based on a pro-rata basis.
Delay in terminating the contract beyond 15 days will not qualify for any refund.
On account of any breach in the terms and conditions of the agreement by the purchasing party, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement on an immediate basis. If the agreement is terminated on account of breach of its terms and conditions by the purchasing party, then no refund shall be entertained by the Soham Technolabs.
If there is any breach of the terms and conditions of the agreement on the part of Soham Technolabs, then the whole contract amount shall be refunded to the purchasing party.
To initiate the refund process, the purchasing party shall make the refund request through an email within a period of 15 days. Once, the refund request is initiated, the refund process will be initiated within 7 business days. The refund will be done using the same mode of payment as used during making the payment for the contract.
